ZEF-LUGB Vortex FlowGauge
It is suitable for flow measurement of media such as compressed air, steam and liquids. Equipped with an intelligent digital display gauge, it can show instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate and other parameters. Adopting an anti-vibration shielded rod, it ensures accurate and reliable measurement.

Description
This vortex FlowGauger is made of SS304 material, with a nominal pressure of 1.6MPa, a protection rating of IP65, an accuracy of ±1.5% R, and a 4-20mA output signal. Equipped with an intelligent digital display gauge, it can show information such as instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate and pulses. Adopting an anti-vibration shielded rod, it ensures stable values and reliable flow metering. Additionally, it can be equipped with a water tank and a sealing groove for excellent sealing performance, and is fastened with positioning fixing screws for high stability. During installation, there are requirements for the upstream and downstream straight pipe sections (10D upstream, 5D downstream). Different numbers of upstream elbows correspond to different lengths of straight pipe sections, and there are corresponding requirements for expanded-diameter installation. Two power supply options are available: DC24V power supply and 3.6V lithium battery power supply. The lithium battery has a service life of more than 1 year, featuring low power consumption and strong energy supply capacity.
