描述
该涡街流量计采用 SS304 不锈钢材质制造，公称压力为 1.6MPa，防护等级达到 IP65，测量精度为 ±1.5% R，并支持 4–20mA 输出信号。
配备智能数字显示仪表，可实时显示瞬时流量、累计流量、脉冲信号等信息。采用抗振屏蔽杆结构设计，有效降低振动干扰，确保测量数值稳定，提高流量计量的可靠性。
此外，该产品可配置水箱结构和密封槽设计，具有优异的密封性能；采用定位固定螺钉紧固方式，提升安装稳定性。
在安装过程中，对上下游直管段有明确要求：
- 上游直管段：≥10D
- 下游直管段：≥5D
根据上游弯头数量的不同，需要匹配相应长度的直管段；对于扩径安装方式，也有对应的直管段要求，以确保测量精度。
该流量计提供两种供电方式：
- DC24V 直流供电
- 3.6V 锂电池供电
其中锂电池版本具有低功耗、高能量供应能力，电池使用寿命可超过 1 年，适用于不便布线或现场供电条件受限的应用场景。
