YTN-100BF Full Stainless Steel Pressure Gauge
It is suitable for measuring the pressure of liquids, vapors, gases and other media that are non-explosive, non-crystallizing, non-coagulating and non-corrosive to copper and copper-aluminum alloys.

Application
The YTN-100BF is suitable for use in a wide range of industries, including:
-
Medical fields
-
Wastewater treatment
-
Chemical industries
-
Electric power monitoring
-
General industrial applications
Description
Since the shock-resistant function is achieved by filling glycerin inside (by default), it is necessary to avoid long-term use beyond the temperature range of -5~55℃ to prevent changes in the properties of glycerin from affecting the shock-resistant effect. At the same time, when installing its radial shock-resistant structure, it is necessary to ensure that the threaded joint (M20*1.5) is firmly connected, which not only ensures sealing and prevents leakage, but also enables the shock-resistant structure to fully play the role of buffering vibration.

Features
Suitable for working conditions with mechanical vibration, such as environments near pumping equipment, hydraulic systems of engineering machinery, vehicle braking systems and other environments with large vibration. It can effectively avoid pointer jitter, inaccurate reading and even instrument damage caused by vibration, and ensure the stability of pressure measurement

Accessories
Is it suitable for vibrating environments?
Yes. The gauge is filled with damping liquid (glycerin or silicone oil), which effectively reduces vibration and pulsation.
What pressure ranges are available?
Various pressure ranges are available, typically from vacuum to high pressure. Custom ranges are supported.
What is the connection thread?
Common thread types include M20×1.5, G1/4, G1/2, BSP, and NPT. Custom threads are available upon request.
Can this product be customized?
Yes. Dial size, pressure range, thread type, and logo can all be customized.
What are the advantages of the 100mm dial size?
The larger dial provides clearer readings and higher accuracy, making it suitable for industrial monitoring.
Is this gauge suitable for corrosive media?
Yes. The full stainless steel construction ensures excellent resistance to corrosion.
What is the accuracy class?
Typically Class 1.0 or 1.6, offering higher precision compared to smaller gauges.
Where is this model commonly used?
It is commonly used in industrial systems, pipelines, and equipment where accurate pressure monitoring is required.
