Returns & Refunds Policy

At ELECALL, we are committed to your success and satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return items under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Refunds are not available after the 30-day return window.

Return Shipping Policy

  1. Each order includes one free return label.

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of any additional return labels for extra boxes.

  2. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on pallet shipments.

  3. Our return shipping policy helps us keep prices competitive while still providing quality service.

How to Return an Item

  • Request a return within 30 days of purchase.

  • Once approved, ELECALL will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Ship the return item(s) to the address provided:
    No.246 Weishi Road, Yueqing Economic Development Zone, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China

  • Once we receive your return, we will process it within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Replacements

  • ELECALL will replace defective or damaged items at no cost under our Product Warranty.

  • Please contact our Customer Success team to request a replacement.
