Differential Pressure Switch
The EDPS series differential pressure switch is a special type of control switch. It is a kind of switch that controls closing or opening based on the pressure difference between mutual components and relies on electrical signals for information transmission.
Application
Widely trusted in clean rooms, air handling systems, filter monitoring, and industrial process control, the Series 2000 balances rugged construction with ease of use. With no need for electrical power or complex setup, it remains a go-to pressure monitoring solution for dependable, maintenance-free performance.
Description
Precautions
1 All connecting wires are recommended to pass through conduits before connecting to the differential pressure controller.
2 All connecting air pipes are recommended to be PVC pipes or metal pipes, and their positions should be fixed properly.
3 At all bending positions of the air pipes, a certain curvature should be reserved to avoid pipe bending and blockage of the middle air vent.
4 The wire through-holes on the left, right and bottom of the differential pressure controller can be opened by gently tapping with a hammer.
Features
Encased in a durable die-cast aluminum housing and sealed to an IP67 rating, the Magnehelic® gage stands up to dusty or wet environments, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. Its clear, full-scale analog display allows for fast pressure assessment at a glance, with overpressure protection built in for added safety.
