Single Ball: Uses one float for basic water level control, suitable for simpler systems and smaller tanks. Double Ball: Uses two floats for more precise water level monitoring, often in systems requiring dual-level detection. It also uses four 30CMPVC wires for added durability and flexibility.

Both models are made of 316 stainless steel (SU304 for standard series) for the float and body, ensuring corrosion resistance and long service life. Single Ball: uses two high-temperature braided wires for durability and heat resistance. Double Ball: uses four PVC wires for flexibility, wear resistance, and long-term use.

Can they be used in high-temperature applications?

Yes, single ball switches have two high-temperature braided wires rated for 120°C, while double ball switches use four 30CMPVC wires rated for 80°C. The switches themselves operate safely in environments from -30°C to +120°C.
