Description
The structure and working principle of the water flow switch (piston type) are as follows: a magnetic ring is installed inside the piston. During operation, water pressure pushes the piston; when the magnetic ring inside the piston is pushed to the position of the reed switch, the reed switch generates a signal. Some piston-type water flow switches can adjust the operating point of the reed switch to change the flow signal, featuring stable working performance. There are three installation methods: horizontal installation (to ensure the pipeline is fully filled with the medium), inverted installation (to prevent sediment accumulation at the bottom of the pipeline), and vertical installation (to be installed on the pipeline section where the fluid flows from bottom to top)
